I would not recommend Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool because I was told that the vehicle had a feature that it did not after explicitly requesting it! Once I realised and raised the issue I was told that the sales representative “did not recall having that conversation” this is tantamount to mis-selling. No effort has been made to resolve the matter and no further contact has been made since. After being a previous customer Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool have lost my trust, loyalty and future custom!

As discussed on the phone, the car was never advertised with Wi‑Fi hotspot connectivity, and unfortunately this feature is not part of the car’s specification. We attempted to offer a solution by covering the cost to have this installed through a third party of your choice, or alternatively upgrading you into a vehicle that included the features you desired. After test‑driving the car and viewing it twice, the first time the question about the Wi‑Fi hotspot was raised was after you had taken delivery. At that point, we informed you that the vehicle did not come with this feature. I would recommend Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool to friends and family if I had any connections with that part of the country. In practice, it's unlikely, as I live in Hampshire. I was really well looked after by Daniel during the handover. He explained everything carefully but with good humour, remembering things that I had forgotten to ask. Both Daniel and Sarah were friendly and welcoming. The handover was certainly a pleasant experience.
