I had a great experience at Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool from the moment I walked in the dealership. I dealt with James who was fantastic. He was realy helpful and informative and always available by phone when I needed him. I also like the fact he's been in touch after the purchase of my new car to check how I'm getting on with it. I also took my Dad with me on the day of collection who was realy impressed with the standard of service and said he will be looking to change his car here in the near future.

The experience at Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool was good because of the friendly and approachable salesman, Daniel. We had to wait several weeks for the vehicle to be prepared due to some backlog at the workshop, which was disappointing, and when we did receive it the boot cover had been removed for cleaning and 'lost'. This spoilt the experience somewhat. Daniel was very apologetic and has promised to supply us with a replacement without any quibbles, so we hope that arrives soon. So I would say great sales team, but there is maybe some problems within the workshop.

Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool were great because very helpful and down to earth no pressure, but give all the options available. The weather wasn't very good on the day of viewing the car,so asked if it could be kept indoors till viewed which was done. Very satisfied indeed
